Missouri Bar 2012 Spring Committee Meeting
John Young, of Hazelwood & Weber LLC in St. Charles, Missouri,
will be speaking on Practical Considerations in Administrative Hearings. All municipalities act through Boards and Agencies, and we as lawyers are often called upon
to advise our clients before they act, and to defend their decisions after the fact. There will be a panel discussion on Code Enforcement, and the challenge of
enforcing ordinances that affect the quality of life of our municipalities.
