New Suit by Illinois AG against Countrywide
Jon Prior, writing for HousingWire, summarizes a new lawsuit filed by Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan against Countrywide for steering minority borrowers to sub-prime mortgages. The suit could have implications for Bank of America, which purchased Countrywide in July 2008. Jon's entire article is here.
