Nick Komoroski is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. He represents clients in a variety of matters, including contract disputes, construction defect litigation, mechanics’ lien enforcement and defense, worker’s compensation claims and general business litigation. Nick has authored successful briefs before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. He is also an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri.
Nick is a 2003 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he served as a member of the Missouri Law Review and the Missouri Journal of Dispute Resolution. He received the school’s CALI Award for Excellence in Transportation Law in 2002. Upon graduation, he was employed by the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Glenn A. Norton.
Nick is licensed to practice law in Missouri and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the St. Charles County Bar Association. Nick resides in St. Charles, Missouri, with his wife and two children.
